Please read carefully. By renting equipment from Rockin’ B Rentals, the Lessee agrees to the following terms:

• Assumption of Risk: All equipment is used at the Lessee’s risk. Rockin’ B Rentals exercises precaution in keeping our equipment in good condition; however, conditions that prevent satisfactory operation of equipment do not relieve the Lessee of responsibility for rental charges.
• Care of Equipment: The Lessee assumes all responsibility for equipment while out of the possession of the Lessor (Rockin’ B Rentals). The Lessee promises to return such equipment to Rockin’ B Rentals in as good condition as it was at the effective date of the lease, with the exception of natural wear from responsible use.
• Loss, Theft, or Damage: The Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of leased property.
  • All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair will be paid by the Lessee at the regular replacement price.
  • All damaged equipment that may be repaired will be repaired by Rockin’ B Rentals upon return, and the cost for such repairs shall be paid by the Lessee.
  • Accrued rental charges cannot be applied against the purchase price or cost of repairs if such damage or loss occurs.
• Cartage Charges: All cartage (transportation) charges must be borne by the Lessee.
• Rental Period: Scheduled rentals begin when equipment leaves our store and continue until returned to us.
• Cleaning: A cleaning charge will be made on items returned unclean.
• Rental Extensions: In the event the Lessee desires to extend the lease, the Lessee must notify Rockin’ B Rentals immediately to obtain approval for said extension.
• Indemnification: The Lessee shall indemnify and hold harmless Rockin’ B Rentals from all claims, liability, losses, damage to property, bodily injury (including death or otherwise), and expenses (including attorney fees) from all actions, negligent or otherwise, of the Lessee, its employees, agents, and subcontractors.
• Payment & Collection: The Lessee agrees that all charges for rentals, damage, cleaning, or materials will be paid. Furthermore, all collection fees, attorney fees, court costs, or any other expense involved in the collection of these charges will be borne by the Lessee in court of the county in which the indebtedness is incurred.
